Q. Do I have to pay with Paypal® or Google Checkout® only?
A. No, you do not need to be a member of paypal or google ckeckout to pay via credit card. When you go to checkout, choose Paypal/Credit card as an option. On the next screen you can look at the center left and choose the option that states "Don't have Paypal Account?". Here you can pay by credit card your usual way but with the security and convenience of paypal payment methods.
Q. How does Paypal® work?
A. If have every shopped on Ebay®, you probably know how paypal works. Paypal is a convenient and safe way to pay online. You can use your credit card information and pay us with becomming a Paypal® member or you can use your paypal account and pay us that way. Lelo prefers to use Paypal® and Google Checkout® to make sure our customers' transactions are safe and secure. Your information and transactions being safe are our main priority.
Q. How does Google Checkout® work?
A. Google Checkout® is another way you can pay. You will have to sign up for google checkout and use your account to pay online at Lelo Uniforms and many more stores onlines. Q. How can I check the status on my order?
A. You can check your order status most easily by loggin in to your account. Then go to View the orders I have made under the View my orders heading. There you can see all the orders you have made, their status and track your package. You are always welcome to leave an email in our customer service page. Just please do not forget you order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible and under 24 hours. And as always, our customers are always welcome to call toll free.
Q. How can I place a large order for myself or my company?
A. You are welcome to place a large order online all the time, no matter the amount. But we do recommend you email us using the corporate accounts page so that we can help you get everything you want correctly. You or your company may also be eligible for discounts, that is why we recommend you communicate with us first so that we can save you the most money! We consider anything $1000+ a large order but if you need assistance in any amount, you are welcome to contact us.
Q. After I place the order, how fast will I receive it?
A. Before an order arrives to your location, there are basically two steps involved, the processing and shipping. Our processing time is usually with 24hours for most products. Some products will take a little longer. The second part, shipping, you guys are in charge and can choose whichever shipping method you find the most convenient. Our ground deliveries usually take between4-5 business days. You can also visit our How to Order page to get all the details needed to place an order and get shipping information.
Q. Can I place the order by Fax?
A. Yes, you are welcome to place the order by fax. Please go to our How to Order page to get all the details needed to place an order by fax. You will need to fill out our fax form available or fax your own page with the neccessary information. You will need your address(shipping and billing), the products with descriptions and quantity, your contact information in case we need to contact you and you payment method via credit card including your card number, CV code(3or4 digits code on the back of your card) and your expiration date. Please give us 24hours to process the request and contact us or check online your order status.
Q. Why do you place your coupons on your website?
A. We mean it when we say we want to make shopping as easy and fun as possible. You should not have to look all over to find our coupons. That is why we offer different promotions monthly and our customers can check out all the coupons we have being offered at that time.
